Welcome! My name is Jayme Altemus. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. I also teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to groups and individuals. I have over 10 years of exercise and yoga experience, and have worked with clients with various goals ranging from weight loss and muscle gain to post-rehab of injuries to increasing strength and mobility. I currently offer private in-home yoga for individuals and small groups as well as online personal training.

In-home Yoga

Yoga is one of the best ways to build strength, inter-muscular coordination, and balance as well as to manage stress, relieve anxiety, and boost mood. I offer fully personalized in-home yoga classes designed to meet your individual needs, whether you are trying to lose weight, build strength, recover from an injury, improve mobility and balance, increase flexibility, or de-stress. My personal training background and corrective exercise specialization give me a unique insight into how the body works and responds to movement. Because of this, I am able to design classes for people wanting to treat common ailments such as lower back pain or sciatica.

One-on-One Yoga Instruction                      Starting at $85 per session

Small Group Yoga (up to 5 people)              $150 per hour plus travel, if applicable

Online Personal Training

Do you want to maintain the flexibility to workout anytime and anywhere, but also take advantage of the accountability and ease of having a personal trainer and fitness coach? Do you want to save hundreds of dollars while still having access to a completely personalized workout program designed to reach your individual goals? If so, then online personal training may be perfect for you. As a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I provide individualized exercise programs and nutritional guidance to help you reach your goals while still allowing you to be in complete control of your workouts.

How it works: You provide me with all the information I need to create your personalized program and nutrition plan, including your goals, measurements, current exercise and diet, preferences, and health history. Based on the information you provide, I design a completely personalized program that I send to you at the beginning of each month. I also progress your program each week based on how you performed the week before and give you weekly and monthly short-term goals so you always have something to aim for. We have a check-in by phone or video chat every other week to assess progress and make any needed adjustments. I also provide ongoing support through text, phone, and video chat as needed. I recommend beginning the process with a video consultation where I can assess your form for various exercises and identify any corrections or muscle imbalances that need to be addressed.

First month                                        $300, includes video consultation

Monthly                                               $175

Additional form assessment        $50 for three exercises
